Born and raised in church, Brother Shae was no stranger to the workings of a thriving church. His parents were active members and worked in bus ministry for many years, so even as a young boy, Brother Shae understood being a servant. He was saved in 1991 and then called to preach soon after. Serving in the church for 16 years, he held jobs such as Sunday School Director, Teacher, Bus Ministry Worker, Youth Pastor and even General Maintenance worker.
Brother Shae was voted in as Pastor of Freedom Missionary Baptist Church in 2002. He and his wife have been married for 33 years. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.
